Snap shots taken when we are unaware of being viewed are such a stunning glimpse into how we must appear to the world.
I had no idea this shot was taken of me but once I discovered it I had a moment of clarity into what it must be like to have me as a mom... Always present but yet some how detached.

I wonder this myself many many times...think what is my son taking in with me always trying to capture yet another moment or place. I am hoping that in the end he remembers I was always trying to stop and smell those roses while I captured them on film, and I did spend a lot of the time with him :)
