Aspire

The magnolias are just about to bloom in my yard :)
its been raining but we needed it. we lost so many plants from almost 2 weeks of frost that we never get in Southern California.

I have been in my studio trying to clean it up because I have a few big projects that I need to get done in the next few day... and when I clean I can not help myself and make atc's with all the yummy scraps that are on my table :) so maybe I did play a little more then clean :)

We began as mineral. We emerged into plant life, and into the animal state, and then into being human, and always we have forgotten our former states, except in early spring when we slightly recall being green again. ~Rumi

Love, love the birdy ones!!!

I love these little ATC's Ruth. Birds call to me no matter what the form, but I'm especially partial to your fabric work. I share your pain with the loss of plants from the frost. Goodness, it's a lot of $$ in plants... all gone. Sigh. Hugs, Shari

I love the ATCs! Like you, I can't help but to play with my scraps when I'm cleaning up the studio. I'll be spending tomorrow tossing scraps into a box for another day! :) Fran

dear Ruth!

I love these too! And I am the lucky lucky person who gets to touch and hold the top two!

I have them on the base of my task lamp, (the place of honor) and I plan to somehow mount them to hang on the wall. Thank you, thank you! (xo) alex
