"Sing Joyfully" (trust life)

The end of each year is a gift for us to look back at as we drum up for a new year of possibility's.
2009 has been full of both gleeful moments, great successes as well as some of my lowest times
but through the good and the bad I knew that the only choice I had was to carry on and
trust life...

throughout my life I am forever reinventing and formulating the concept of
who I am and what I want my life to become.

IMG_3936.JPG

we must never loose sight of the road ahead as we continue to believe in our dreams as we follow our heart keeping in mind that we must fully savored each moment if we are to grow from it.

IMG_4311.JPG

We must believe in our ability to build a solid structure
so we can grow stronger as we except both the joys and the hardships that occurs as we travel through our life..

IMG_4304.JPG
(project from my book: Layered, tattered and stitched.)

we must never forget to trust life.

IMG_4308.JPG

for its the living of the journey and the twisting and turning

IMG_3965.JPG

of the unknown that can be just as much a brilliant adventure
as it can be something that threatens to break us.
however I tend to look at both as exercises to grow... as we live each new day we become a little stronger like the deep roots of a tree.

IMG_4307.JPG

we must never forget that its always our choice how we love and live our life just as much as how we allow things to to effect us. my motto for 2010 will be:
"sing joyfully" and "trust life"

the joy of the unknowing is after all what makes our life a great adventure!

"Sing Joyfully"
(trust life)

Birds are singing as upward they fly,

unto the beautiful sky.
come to the forest the bright sun is shining...

upward they sour up into the sky
nature is decked in her proudest array...
for birds are singing in her treas.

This piece is fantastic. I love the tree form and the messages within. I especially love the wire with the pearls. It adds so much depth and texture. Wonderful job!
